Mail spam process

Hey guys, does anyone have a good system for dealing with spam? My server doesn't seem to block all of it so a lot ends up in my CRM, not attached to any client or anything.

I'm thinking of a system to mark a mail as spam and then if mail comes through from that address, it moves it automagically? I don't feel like going in and deleting them one by one, would be better if system sorted them and then I could batch delete.

Hi Mark,

I simply add the POP address I need to receive in AwareIM to a Gmail account and they handle the spam and viruses automatically , we only receive the clean email in AwareIM.
