Theme / Font size from 5.9 to 6.0

I just upgraded my server from 5.9 to 6.0. We have always used the default themes with our BSVs.

I have many queries that have been very carefully laid out so that both the data in the cells and the headers have appropriate widths to fit the necessary info. Now many of them won't fit the data in cells and/or the header info.

Can anyone give some guidance as to the easiest way to fix this? Just a change in theme?

You are using the Light Blue theme if I´m not mistaken and there has been some changes to that theme in the latest version. The font sizes etc. is one of them.

Regarding best solution, changing the font etc. in the theme files / CSS is possible but PROBABLY not an easy task. There are many different CSS classes you have to change and also some of the CSS classes are interconnected meaning if you change the font style for a column header, you might get a change somewhere else you don´t want. I don´t think it´s possible to just change a CSS class or two to go back to the way it was/worked before. The easiest way / solution is to change the width of your columns instead so they fit/work in your app.

I had the same issue. In 5.9 I was using Light Blue and
Had all my queries laid out to the px.

In V6 using Crisp or Neptune it was going to be a mountain
of work redoing them all.

To shortcut the process in the short term, I changed to
Windows Blue and most things work pretty closely.

Would be really nice to be able to select a different default
don't for a theme but from what I understand, it is not
possible without a lot of work.

Yep, that's what I had done as well.

Was there a reason why you chose Windows Blue rather than Light Blue?

Yes Tom there was.

It may have been that I just didn't notice it but I recall
that when V6 came out I did not see Light Blue as an option.
I was working with the Beta at the time.

So I moved to Windows Blue and have since noticed that
Light Blue is there but have not got around to trying it.

I'm trying Windows 8 Blue now and like the fact that the selected tab stands out a bit more than in Light Blue. And the background of the Query title is consistent with the tab background .. those to combined add a bit of crispness vs. Light Blue.

Looks like both Light Blue & Windows 8 Blue have very similar issues in slight adjustments needed in some query column widths.
