Hi,

We are trying to build an object which would allow us the ability to create a time-card entry per day with
Date (this day), Start Time and End Time in AM and PM, and Total the hours.

We have some rules which calc the Start and End time i.e. Timecard.EndTimeHr=HOUR(Timecard.EndTime)

The time entry is 99% always the same day so never over a 24 hr period and we have to not use military time.

Idea 1: End time is a drop down with 1.00 PM, 01.30 PM, 02.00 PM etc.. until 11:30 PM - Then take that entry remove the PM and use the numeric in a calculation to get the HOUR. Use that result to then calculate the Total hours in that timecard entry

Is there any other way?

Actually figured it out -

Had to build a complete set of On Edit rules which resolves the time to AM/PM
