Q◄ Can an Aware developer create Object structure at Runtime

Is it possible for us to create the structure of an object at runtime or via importing an ASCII file with attributes?

I have a situation where a user may want to import an ASCII data to use in a document. But as the developer I don't know what the structure of that file might be.
Or it it possible I can ask user to provide me info and at runtime I can create the structure, jut like we do in configurator?
