Applicable to multiple items on Query :(

I have a query with two operations in the menu. One operation is CREATE DOCUMENT. Very straight forward. When I make this "applicable to multiple items" the query now has a select box for each row, but only one document is ever produced no matter how many rows are selected.

The second menu item starts a process. Also very simple:

PICK FROM OrganizationCandidateFormLetters (these are user defined documents)
DISPLAY DOCUMENT UserDefDoc.UDD_Name

This also produces only one document.

Kingsley, does the number of Items in query set to "unlimited"? If yes, set it to a number.

It must only allow you to open one document at a time I guess.

Trying to think through some alternative solutions for you.

1) Are you looking to create multiple instances of the document you are creating?

2) Are you trying to get all of the documents to merge into one document?
