A) Is there a way to call a process when user enters a form of object?
B) Is it also possible to Get the Form's Name at runtime from Aware?

When a user goes to a Form, I need to know which form he is in, call a process to save his current in loggedInSystemUser.

Even if I can get the Form's Name at runtime, is good enough.

Or, is it possible to assign a Tag Value (say 123) to a form and then at runtime get that value from Aware's engine.

Form name is not available in rules. You need to store it explicitly when the user enters the form and then use the stored value.

That goes back to my first question, is there an event per form that gets triggered to save the Form's name? So when a user enters a specific form, a specific rule gets triggered to save the name?
Otherwise, in the Rule, how do I know which form the user is, for me to save that form's name.

For example, Customer object may have 5 forms, the rule is attached to object and not form. I'm in catch 22.

Here are a couple of thoughts on solutions. I have emailed these to you but thought i´d share them here as well if others have these issues in the future:

Use a process to open the form in question and then as part of the process log user location.

Both of these solutions require a process per form or in the first case 1 process is enough but with different Init values in each form. I use a variation of these solutions myself and works very well, there is 1 problem though that I currently have no good solution for. If you allow users to open up multiple forms at the same time in tabs, here this solution breaks because the logged location is ONLY the LATEST location i.e. the LATEST form the user has opened. I have a custom solution in place that notifies the user (if the user has FORM1 open and then opens FORM2, if he then goes back to FORM1 again, a html comment is shown to the user that he has to close FORM1 and FORM2 and only open 1 form at a time. The custom solution I have made is made up of protection rules hiding the html notification if 1 form only is open).
