Exposing a Web Service

I am trying to expose a Web Service in my app

I have tried it on localhost at the server and it works fine.

However, when I do a call to it externally I get the following error....

Sorry, something seems to have gone wrong... here are the details:

Suggests to me that this a Tomcat error.

Has anyone experienced this before and have any idea how to fix it?

Read nearly every link I could find. Many are very old and could not find anything that could
point to a solution.
