Thnx PowerM. That is how we also implement it, but we have to use 5.9 as 6.0 doesn't support the Accent theme which we used when we built this app and it will take time to redevelop the interface.
In our outgoing email the 'OutgoingEmail' notification has it's HTMLMessage Setup to point to an HTML document that we have set up that looks like this:
<html>
<head>
<meta charset="utf-8">
<title>Mail Template HTML</title>
</head>
<body>
<p><pre><font face="Calibri"><<EmailMessage.BodyText>> </font></pre><p></p>
<br>
<p><<MMSAdministrator.EmailSignature>></p>
<br>
</body>
</html>
Worked perfectly in 5.8 in all our applications. As soon as we upgraded to 5.9 the Signature started not showing when delivered to the email client. I've tried couple of things but to no avail.
Support, any ideas will be appreciated as this looks like it might be a 5.9 bug?
Kind Regards
Hein
