Feature Request - Ability to deactivate a rule

There are times that I need to deactivate a rule for different reasons, either testing time or checking performance or etc. Presently, the only choice I can think of is to delete it and then when I need it, I have to re-create it again.

Support, can you allow us to set Active to false to deactivate it, instead of deleting the rule?

1+ for this (I have also previously asked for this).

A workaround I got from Tom is setting a rule condition 1=0 meaning the rule won´t fire. Having an option to deactivate is of course better (performance wise etc.).

Or I have a better idea. Allow us to "Comment out" part of a code, like every language has it i.e.
/* Some code */
Or
// Some code

This will prevent executing the rule.

Great idea, i've always wanted to sometimes have comments within a rule to remind me why i did something the way i did it.

This request has been around for a very long time, but for some reason it has never got to feature. Please support can you have a look at this .

Also another good feature to have in the configurator is the option of sorting the attribute columns on the object by Type as opposed to Name.
