Two questions

Hi guys...
I tried to figure these two questions and searched the forum, but not much help.
In this picture, on the right hand side, in the red box, how did they get these buttons into Customer Editing form. I see the Form sections, but there is no place to add these buttons.

Secondly, I've enclosed a few icons in blue boxes. Aware seem to be using Iconic, but I don't see any docs or guidelines how to incorporate them into my app, and where to store them in Aware.
Has anyone got around this topic?

Ben,

When defining the presentation for Query Menu item or
And Add New button, normally you would accept the Default
Icon or you would define your own 16x16 pixel image as an Icon.

Since 2019 you can now use the Iconic font which is built in.

On the presentation dialog, you have 4 options....
Specify icon as an image
Specify using a style (you can add your own or use the same ones that Aware does)
or
Specify an Font

In here....

Type....
Iconic
xe0aa For example

You can also color it is you add a class

If you go to this post, I included a full cheat sheet of each Iconic
Icon. Just remember to stick the x in front

Firstly, Thank you Mark;
I remembered you had a post sometimes ago, but couldn't get to show on the search. I'll check it out today.

Any pointers on the first question, how he got those buttons on the right side of the form?

I have stripped that form (editing) down to just a few empty rows to see where I can find those buttons, and still nada...

There is only 1 column, and how this second column showing up, has got me.

This is a mysterious form 🙂

In the Query Menu, add a Right Aligner before the buttons you want on the right. See below the Add button
and above the Edit button ( from memory)

But Mark, this has nothing to do with Query. This is in "Customer's Editing" form as shown above in those two pictures.
You can see the form in preview in Customer regardless of any Query.

If you haven´t figured it out yet, here is what you do. Open up the form and then the form properties menu (not under form section but at the top of the main form window). From there select "Form menu" to get to the settings you are after. Select right to see the operations on the right side of the form.

My apologies Ben. I could not see your image and thought you where talking about right aligning buttons in the top bar.

I've been through that section many times and it's empty. Here is a screen shot from CRM and you can see it's empty. That's why it's driving me crazy. Unless I'm looking at the wrong section, would you show it with a screen shot please.

No problem Sir! I don't know why you can't see my images. I've asked another friend to see if he can see my images and he confirmed he can.

@Henrik, can you see my screen shots?

I just deleted the CRM BS and recreated it again and went to same screen, and it shows. Crazy!

Strange things happening. Last night, I added the "Order Management" to my system to look at a few things. Everything was fine. I closed Aware, went to sleep. This morning I opened the OM BS, and it was just like a brand new BS without any of the BO or queries and etc. Everything was gone. Had to create it. Before, some parts of CRM were missing.
I'm running 2022!
