Scheduling rules missing rules

I have 4 scheduling rules, I can see them, but when I open them to edit them, they contain no rules anymore.
I can only see the titles I named my 4 separate rules but all contents is missing.

Try this....
Instead of expanding the schedule tree and then double clicking on a Schedule rule as a leaf on the tree,
Try just double clicking on Scheduling.
It should open up the schedule table with all the rules in it.
Then you can open each one separately.

I don't know what the issue is but it has been their for a long time
