Hi,
I want to know the difference in months between two dates:
BO (FileA) has three attributes
datemanufacture - Date (MM/yyyy)
datetoday - Date (MM/yyyy)
productage - number
RULE :
If FileA.datemanufacture IS DEFINED Then FileA.difference=MONTH_DIFFERENCE(FileA.datetoday,FileA.datemanufacture)
** dynamic recalculation is checked under the Advance Tab
WORKING : If I use the calendar that popups to select the Month / Year
NOT WORKING : If I typed in 01/11 on the datemanufacture attribute
Is there anything wrong with my rule? I tried removing the 'IF' condition but it still doesn't work
