What is the path to show images in HTML?

BenHayat

Hi All;
let's say I want to show a "Sample.PNG" image in my form using HTML's img tag. The image is in the same location as Aware's images (C:\AwareIM\Tomcat\webapps\AwareIM\images\Sample.png)

When I create the <img src=""> tag, no matter how I create the path to get to the Sample.png image, Aware doesn't seem to resolve it to that folder.

I checked the docs and searched, but couldn't find any info. How to we set the path, for Aware to see any images or css or other data?

Thanks!

Try "images/Sample.png" Ben.

That's what I use.

I tried that and didn't work. But this time I used lower case "images" as you did and worked. 🙂

Thank you very much!!!

Anytime you make a call to a file location the entire path is case sensitive in Tomcat.

Thanks, I'm new to Tomcat and learned it by help... 🙂
