I am using multiple databases on my application and I want to know if there is a way to make the external database setting be kept in an internal AwareIM table (a new BO or added on the SystemSettings BO) instead of it being on one of the props file (sorry forgot the actual filename)
Two reasons :
1) This will further secure the setup as anyone who has access to awareim folder can easily see the username/password combination used to read the SQL tables
2) When using EXEC_SP you don't have to worry on getting the name wrong if you can just refer to in the SystemSetting BO
EXEC SP ‘proc1’ OF SQLServer WITH ‘@param1’=1,’@param2’=2 RETURN SomeObject
