Can you try to verify this on your computer?

When I try to run Aware's Samples, no matter what browser I run or I even I tried on different computer or Mobile and I get the same problem.

a) I run url http://awareim.com/sample-applications/
b) then I click on Enter CRM application as administrator
c) if it was cached from before, it shows up quick, however when I do CTRL+F5 to clear the cache and reload, the page never gets reloaded and stays as "Loading Page... Please Wait". which shows the url http://50.62.145.173/AwareIM/logonOp.aw?domain=CRM&userName=admin&password=password&testingMode=false

Could you please follow this 3 steps (please be sure to do a CTRL+F5) and provide your findings?

The problem is that, sometime when I'm running on the local machine during testing, I get the same problem in V6, so I tested it against the Aware Website, and I see the same problem. I'm trying to see if it is on my end or Aware's Sample App Server or actual problem with Aware.

Hi Ben,

Just tried that and it works perfectly for me on Win 8 + Chrome regardless of a cleared or uncleared cache.

Tried it on a Mac w/Chrome.
Did a SHIFT-Refresh (clicked the icon) and it worked fine.

I've reported it support, because I can even re-produce it on my Test machine locally being a Vista32 OS on any Browser. Basically, after the first page of CRM showing up, if I do CTRL+F5, I just get a "Loading page... " message. But if I do just another F5, it will show the page.

I guess it's on my client side, perhaps a virus. Ran a full scan overnight and nothing was found.
