BO confusion

I am testing out the V6 Beta and have reviewed the videos several times but I seem to have some confusion on this.

By definition of my process it seems my main BO are as follows.

Customers
Pets
Spaces to rent or occupy
Classes

That is only 4 and I think that covers it unless I have to create several BO based on the types of classes or scheduling rules for each class.

Where I am confused is the idea of appointments. I have 3 types of appointments

Space booking by customer
Space booking by a Class occupying the space
And class reservations

Are each of these types of appointments separate things or is a class or space reservation not really an appointment object?

I am not looking for specifics but an idea if I am going down the correct path.

My idea is to get on paper all of my business object and appointment objects then see how they relate. I hope that is a good direction to go in.

Reservation could be an appointment object. Whether different types of reservation should be different objects is up to you - if each of the type has different other attributes relevant only to this type, then probably yes. Otherwise, you could get by creating just a Type attribute in the object.
