How do I attach a doc to a post?

I would like to attach a PDF file to a Thread post in this forum, but I don't see any option to attach file.

Sorry to say, I have not worked as much on this as I wanted but the project is still active and something I absolutely will continue working on. I will post a couple of thoughts on the future of DevNet in the coming months. I also want to resume the discussion on this project because I very much believe in it BUT I can´t do it alone.

PS: I am also working on a couple of other Aware IM related projects which would if realized benefit us all. More info in the coming months.
