Subtotal of subtotals

In a form query display, when you choose an item to summarize value of, is there an option to summarize those?

I have forecast line items, grouped by region and with the rate totalled at the bottom (the value SUM). The problem then, is that there are 3 little subtotals and I need a grand total.

You can always do this yourself via business rules and display it in a lot of different ways. Look at the different math rules.
