Missing ADD NEW buttons

On my application... Sometimes all operations on a table atribute disappear.
ADD NEW, ADD, DELETE AND DELETE ALL... The all gone from the whole application...

I need to restart de server and the butons are back... Anyone have this problem???

Step one, check your browser's zoom level. Many Sencha features do not fare well under other than 100% zoom. That could explain the intermittent results.

I could try that, but it happens in EVERY user at the same time...
When it goes away.... it goes away in every machine and every user...

And before you ask... there is no conditions on this operations and it happens with EVERY form and BO...disappearing in the whole system.

It only comes back when i restart Aware...

I could try support, but i can't leave the application until i can show someone... i need to restart and put it back on...

I suppose that memory limitations might cause this but my experience is that memory limitations cause other more severe problems first. Is your installation right out of the box or do you modify the app folder name. If you modify the app folder name, I may have some suggestions...
