Hi;
I'm not sure if the following feature exists in Aware or not, couldn't find it.
If not, I'd like to propose the following feature request.
Help Authoring Tool built in Aware for Aware developers.
There should be a system in configurator that would allow a developer to turn on to create help for any of the forms or sections or panels or VP and etc.
Once turned on, an html editor would become active (perhaps on another tab page in configurator) where the developer can either type or import html content in this editor.
This content will be saved in the BS database and linked to the parent (either form or section or query or where ever it was created) and then at runtime, a "help" icon/button would appear on the top right corner of the parent. If end user clicks on the icon, a resizable modal form would display the content as an HTML help content. Once closed, the user can continue the work.
In some of my previous projects that I developed from ground up without using tools like Aware, I developed such feature into the app, and it was very helpful to reduce support calls and mistakes.
If such feature is not in Aware currently, I hope Aware team would consider it for future update.
Thank you in advance!
