A bit more information:
The four columns are four cities. So a booking could have 1 in Texas: Feb 2015 large $2500, 1 in Toronto: March 2015 small $300 etc. Each of those blocks is for a specific city, month, size etc. So it's not as simple as just making a table 🙁
Generally they all fall within the same year, as people take contracts with us for a year, a month, 6 months etc.
