Hiding Main menu

In my app, I don't want to show the main tabs on screen. I'm using them for visual perspective stuff but I want to hide the menu.

For instance, when I log in I see the buttons across the top. When I click on one of the side bar buttons, it opens in that space with those menu buttons gone. How can I achieve this all of the time? The visible checkbox is uneditable.

Sorry I'm really not following what you are trying to achieve. Perhaps posting some annotated screen shots would help.

So here are the two screens:

Screen 1, which is what it opens on, has that menu at the bottom.

Screen 2, accessed by clicking my Home process button (DISPLAY LAYOUT) has NO menu. I want this as default.

Two options:

1- create a VP that has no tabs

2- you might be able to run a process that used DISPLAY LAYOUT when the VP is displayed. Perhaps a silly question, but are there times when you use the VP with all the tabs displayed?

OK, I see now. Turned out to be ridiculously simple. I had the main menu with all of those tabs and obviously if you have tabs, it will display tabs...I was just confusing the issue.
