This is unfortunately not covered in the Aware IM documentation but quite a lot of different options and variations are covered in different forum posts. I have tried to dig a lot into these options and write/post guides in the tips section. Here is a bit of background on what these scripts are and how to find them.
Aware IM has a built in support for advanced scripts and what these scripts does is tap into the extjs framework (AwareIM use extjs for main application UI etc.) so in the example covered before, native Aware IM does not have an option to enable/disable "Collapsible" on the form but extjs has and when you add the config, you have control over the extjs option. I have spent a lot of time researching and trying to learn extjs to enable me to use extjs in Aware IM for scenarios like the one you have right now and a good place to start researching is the extjs (Sencha) documentation and from there try testing stuff. I usually also work a lot with this file: "C:\AwareIM\Tomcat\webapps\AwareIM\aware_ext\aware_full.js" (and other files related to extjs, parsers etc.) to see the current Aware IM "setup" of components and from there it´s in some cases easy to see which options are available. Please note that not all extjs settings can be reached via config scripts. I am not sure which and why and how this works exactly but that´s the way it seems to be. Actually having these options to advanced scripts are a crucial thing in my application development.
