Output Error

When we come in, in the morning and go to access our site, we now get and 'Output Error'. We had this problem with godaddy's VM 3 years ago, and switched providers, and did not have a problem for a year. Then it would pop up intermittently. Now its everyday.

It's something with the provider. And we will be switching to AWS.

What is the actual cause of an Output Error. Is it a network disconnect? Something with Tomcat, Jboss (v5.6 aim).

If I know what causes it, then I can tell the provider this information and maybe they can figure out what they are doing after 11:00pm which is when it seems to occur. The response from the provider so far has been, they have not changed their infrastructure and to look into the Window logs. I don't know if this would get me anywhere.

Any suggestions, on whats causing this.

Most probably it's a JBoss problem if you are using an old version of Aware IM (the new one doesn't have JBoss). JBoss proved to be too sensitive to a number of factors.

But you can only verify this if you attach the logs of all components here.
