Depends what sort of label you want and where you want it.
If you want a label for the min and max then that is easily added by creating a html cell either underneath or at each end of the slider.
If you want a label that specifies the value of the slider.....you can do it the same way but the value will not be updated (displayed) until you save the record.
Of course the tooltip can give you the current value selected.
