Setting Mininum DatabaseID For all Objects

Hi There

Is it possible to set My SQL to start all it's ID's a a specific minimum? We've done a recreate of all our data and now we are getting errors here and there that say: Error Persisiting Business object for Primary 41 already exisits for example.

Can I Change the MySQL settings so that it continues to allocate DB ID, but going forward it starts at 10000 for instance??

This happens when you import data or sync two database with different ID's.
You may have one imported data in a BO which ID is superior to the ID of your database. AwareIM uses the MySql Table " BAS_IDGEN" which starts at MAX_ID=1 for a fresh install. You can change this value to 10000 if you wish.
Make sure you make backups as playing with ID's may screw-up your entire structure....

Thnx PowerM. Yes we did a fresh install and then imported a Data Set from local, So I'm assuming that's why I got the problem. I Changed the .sql dumpfile of the bas_idgen to set the value to 18000 and then I imported only that table. Seems to have fixed the problem as now All new ObjectID's are higher than the max of the DB which we imported which was around 8500.
