Login via Facebook

Trying to get this up and running but need help! The manual just says:

Go to the URL https://developers.facebook.com/apps
Create a new application
When specifying site URL for the application enter the following URL:
http://YourServerName:8080/AwareIM

which doesn't help me at all.

I'm sure someone has done this. Can they list the steps that one has to do in FB?

So far I've added myself as an FB developer and hit create app but I end up with lots of sections and info to complete. According to the AwareIM manual I have to do one thing which is specify a url but I can't find where to do that.

The documentation just specifies the important bits - you need to go through whatever process Facebook has for you now (it keeps changing all the time).
