Browser Tab Display

RentProperty

Hi Guys.... Does anyone know if it is possible to change what is displayed in the Browser Tab right at the top. I.e. we do not want the application (BSV name) to be displayed there.

We need to Change the name of an application without Creating a new business space and having to import/export Data etc.

Is there a way we can Hardcode this in the THEME File? We Use ACCENT.

Any HElp will be highly appreciated. We need this to be done by Tomorrow Morning.

Hi Hein,
Out and about so writing this from my phone but should be enough for you to achieve what youre after.

It is possible to do what youre asking ie have something else displayed in the browser tab etc. The only LITTLE hickup is that the bsv name will be displayed first and then your new name will be displayed (barely noticable and you can play around with the delay).

WORKING SOLUTION:
Add the following code to a.js file (like the theme favicon fix. See multiple favicon post in tips and tricks). The following solution works setting the page title after a delay (just using document.tile doesn´t work because the newly set title gets changed back to the BS name title again so
a delay is needed. Having the timeout as
500 (as below) seems to work and the dealay is enough to work and enough so the user doesnt see the change (in some cases the user sees the old title but this can possible be
worked around eitehr by decreasing the timeout of but choosing a smart original BS name title).

function Func1()
{
document.title = "New app name";
}
function Func1Delay()
{
setTimeout("Func1()", 500);
}

Func1Delay()
