Forgotten Password - redirecting logonfp.aw

I am using logonFP.aw to handle forgotten passwords. However, if a user types in the wrong name or selects the cancel button they are just dropped out to a blank page. (I am using the prescribed method for forgotten password in the HOW TO guide)

Two questions:

Is there a parameter to make the ENTER NEW action open in a popup window?
Is there a way to redirect a user that has entered the wrong ID or clicked the cancel button to a webpage?

ENTER NEW always opens in a popup window
Disable standard Cancel button in the properties of the process that handles forgotten password. Then implement your own HTML button that would redirect where you want

I tried this but it is not working as hoped.

In the process that handles Forgotten Password, I have disabled the ability to cancel the process.
In addition, in the form, I have turned off the 'Close' button.

However, a Cancel button still shows up. Also, the custom cancel button that I have created does not align to the 'Save' button...

I am assuming others have had to deal with this as forgotten password is standard stuff. How may I accomplish?

Also - I wish the ENTER NEW as you state (e.g. always opens in a popup window) but it does not.

The fact that Cancel button doesn't disappear will be fixed in the next build.

Your custom Cancel button cannot be lined up with the Save button, therefore you need to call it something else like "Return to Login Page"

The ENTER NEW action is ALWAYS displayed in a popup window

BTW, the ENTER NEW does not open a popup when you are linking to it from an HTML link. For example, I have a link on a menu for 'forgotten password' (logonFP.aw) but this opens a different page rather than poping up a window on the existing webpage.

Sorry for the last post, I cancel button is fixed but what I am looking is to have ability to cancel the forgotten process and call another process.

I try to put a rule inside process failure rules which usaually works when a user hit the cancel button. But on the forgotten password process it is not working.

I have checked the logs it show the process in suspended mode and no action is executed and a plain page has been shown.

Please enlighten me if there is something i missed.
