Hey guys, when I try to publish a new BSV, it just goes and goes and goes and eventually tells me that the Aware IM server is not running, please make sure that the server is running.
But it is.
Sooooo...
Not entirely sure what to do. Last time I tried, I got an error that there was already a version of Aware running, which I killed, then restarted Aware.
Also, on an almost related note, at the same time every day (9:45am) the system slows down to an absolute crawl. From 9 to 10 is what we call Power Hour so all of the consultants are logging calls etc on the system, but there are only 8 of them, I wouldn't think this would be enough to kill the thing.
