Multiple outgoing email accounts...

Hi all,

I have a multi-tenant bsv. In Companies BO each company has declared an email address.

It is possible to send emails with docs attached and in FROM: field of the email message to appear the company which has sent the email and not the general email account which is setup in System Settings?
I didn't found anything in the forum.

Suppose this is possible in email header will appear the setting from System Settings and some emails could go in Junk. So nicely would be if email settings would be possible per user/company account.
Anyone tried this? Could anyone advice?

There are a lot of posts about this on the forum. Basically you can set the " From" field of the Notifications as : <<BO.EmailAddress>>

So, just to understand....

They will all send notifications thought my mail server just usinge their custom FROM adress.

But i don't need to have custom configuration for each outgoing mail or each user?
For example: Gmail don't send AS ANOTHER FROM ADDRESS except if you confirm you are the owner of it....

SHOULDN'T I HAVE A
"Host" field on the Notification as: <<RegularUser.Host>>
"UserName" field on the Notification as: <<RegularUser.MailUserName>>
"Password" field on the Notification as: <<RegularUser.MailPassword>>
.
.
.
etc, etc...

????

Hi,

No. You only setup once in System Settings.

in FROM will appear what you want "Attribute.Email"

You have to use a valid SMTP server to be able to send. You can use gmail smtp but will appear something like this:

name@domain.com on behalf of @gmail.com (something like this).
