INSERT found objects

There might be a simple solution to this or my process rules are just incorrect.

Here is goes, my process CREATES BO1 first which includes a ref attribute BO2 (multiple allowed).

Once the process has CREATED BO1, it executes a process to FIND instances of BO2 and insert them into the BO1.BO2 ref attribute.

There are 26 objects found as per log.
Next in the process, Executing action INSERT BO2 IN BO1.BO2

VIEW BO1

Result:

Only 1 BO2 out of the 26 found is inserted into BO1.BO2

Am I missing a step or something, why aren't all 26 found objects inserted?

You cannot use multiple references in the CREATE action

Thanks Rod but I'm not CREATING a BO with multiple instances.

RULE 1 - The BO is CREATED first with no references.
RULE 2 - FIND BO2 objects (26 found) & INSERT the 26 object IN BO1.BO2

IN BATCHES OF 1 works and if there a re 1000s of objects it will probably take a while to complete is it not?

I'm sure the INSERT all found objects worked before.

It would be good if it worked the same way as PICK ONE OR MORE FROM but without having to manually PICK.

I think it might be a bug, I don't know

Well, I've changed the FIND action to a PRICK ONE OR MORE FROM 'myQuery' action and all I get is a continuous Connecting 'Sending Data' dialogue box.

Isn't the query meant to pup up to select my objects?

Well, I've changed the FIND action to a PRICK ONE OR MORE FROM 'myQuery' action and all I get is a continuous Connecting 'Sending Data' dialogue box.

Ignore that, PICK is working fine, BUT even when I select objects from the query it is still only INSERTING 1 onto the BO1.BO2 ref attribute instead of the ones selected.

:?: If this is not a bug, then how to implement PICK ONE OR MORE FROM in the process?

The values list for each row must be enclosed within parentheses. The following statement is illegal because the number of values in the list does not match the number of column names:

Well, the cause to my heartache is the "This' & 'That' prefix in my rules.
Back to re-reading the User Guide.

As per usual it is the issue with the developer and not the product.
