Excel or csv with Multiple lines per item

Is there any way of producing either an XLS or CSV file where each item being listed has four or five lines? From what I can see Excel Documents and Export Files both produce everything with just one line per item.

As far as I can see (both after hunting these posts and trying things out), those still only produce 1 row for each record, not multiple rows per record

Not sure what you mean by multiple lines then. If you mean text input with "new line" symbols in them, then I'm not sure how Excel handles them. It may be necessary to convert new line symbols to those that Excel understands or change Excel setup to treat text with new line symbols as multiple lines.

Each Flight is a record in the file, but more than 1 line is required to show all the information, and the output needs to be a csv/Excel File

Does that make sense? I tried LIST_TABLE but just got the 1 line for each record.

Create a Excel document template for the Itinerary business object and organise your attributes in rows & columns the way you want it to look.
See How to do "document merge" in the user guide
The preferred approach is to use the DISPLAY DOCUMENT action in a process.
The action may use the query as the data source.
For other types of documents Aware IM will generate as many documents as there are instances returned by the query.
You can use the MERGE INTO ONE clause in the action in which case Aware IM will merge all documents into a single document and show it immediately to the user who can then print it out.

If there are 10 Itineraries, they should be merged into one excel file.
