While this is a good idea, there are tools on the market for this and they are generally complex and expensive. It's typically worth it before spending hundreds of thousands on hardware. So what you suggest as a feature is in fact a whole genre of specialized utilities in the marketplace.
But I would suggest to AwareSoft, and this may be more to your point, that they may want to offer a service whereby they spend a bit of time to understand the app, perhaps load it with your own test or production data, review logs, and offer thoughts on improvement wherever they can find it. They could charge a flat fee with certain stated objectives and tasks, and some limit on the amount of total time to invest on the task. In the up-front interview process, they would learn the objectives, concepts, and challenges from the developer and in the end, offer suggestions on improvement and possibly sell some consulting time for development services. A win-win. If they could do this for about $1,000, I'd likely be their first client.
