Email connection

Hi,

trying to send an email using gmail (for testing)

i got this log from awareim server

Send failed exception thrown No recipient addresses
2014-03-13 23:49:19,757 ERROR Reply#46#BASTestDomainICC#359285e7100d06eec8420c75574860b89 -Unable to connect to remote host smtp.gmail.com

My rule is SEND OutgoingEmail to Customer and email address attribute has data on it.

Why can't it pick the email address value from the BO Customer? The Intelligent has been checked on the Customer BO and email is the only Channel, it's set to active and default.

Have you entered communication channel info on the intelligence tab for the object? If not, you must. I think that most will create system settings for these parameters and point to them on this dialog.

Does the BO in question have an email address? The error indicates that it's not getting one...
