hpl123 Hi crisg0112, If you look at the CRM sample application you will see an example of a Calendar/Scheduler using the same BO.

bucobill Please elaborate on what is disappearing. It could be with your query. I would not set it to internal user I would do it to each role for display. This should fix the issue. If it doesn't please update with a little more info.
