Hi,

Thought I had understood this but sadly not 100% yet.

I have 2 BO's (Reps and Customers).

Rep has a Customer attribute (Type : Customers), multiple values allowed, Peer. I have also created the matching attribute and called it RepCustomer.

On all my Query of the BO's Rep, my RULE form is

FIND RepCustomers WHERE RepCustomers IN LoggedInReps.Customers

This works fine as it displays all the attached Customers.

The problem is when I add a new customer, the customer doesn't get attached to the Rep???

I can see the added record on the DB though. Do I need to force the update or anything like that? I am creating the Customer while logged in as a Rep.

What you need to do is make the rep the owner of the customer. The fact that they are peer is creating no ownership.

SO: Under the Customer BO add REP attribute Make the REP Owned By Then go to rep and Check that under rep the Customer reference has Multiple Allowed ticked and that Customer attribute has Owner Of clicked.

That should absolutely fix your issue.

This says the Rep owns the Customer.

I think rep should remain as a peer relationship as the rep could change from time to time.
