Hi Pbrad &Tford
Thanks for all the assistance... I'm making good progress.
Do you know if it is possible to implement the same logic for a relationship 1 level deeper but in the same query as the others attributes?
I.e.
I have an object Disability (used to define possible disabilities. In other words a list of options to choose from). I've added a peer relationship to Disability from my SystemUser as in the BSV examples you've sent previously.
I have an object Candidate.
I have an object CandidateDisability, where I define the detail of a disability for a specific candidate. A candidate can have 1 or many CandidateDisabilities. The name of the CandidateDisability is a selected...(Peer relationship to Disability)
ok.. Hope this makes sense... Now I want to be able to use a filter to select 1 or many Disabilities that I want to search for in Candidate using OR. I.e.
I want to see all Candidates who has a CandidateDisability WHERE the name of the Candidate Disability = any one of the selected Disabilities.
I've tried alot of different syntaxes but can't seem to get it right... In fact I don't even know if it's possible but It doesn't look so farfetched to me, so I can't see a reason why it won't be possible... I just cannot get it right.
I used the COUNT way You've previously suggested but keep getting Syntax error.
I Tried:
FIND Candidate WHERE COUNT (Candidate.CandidateDisability WHERE(CandidateDisability IN Candidate.CandidateDisability) AND Candidate.CandidateDisability.Name=LoggedInSystemUser.Selected_Disabilities))>0
But Keep on giving me Syntax Error ".".
Is my logic
completely of the beaten path?
Thanks for the help! Much appreciated!
