Import html, how complex?

Hi all,
Working a bit with html import i.e. importing html pages to e.g. content panels and i was wondering how complex a html page can be for it to work with Aware IM import etc.? If all files e.g. css, images, js etc. are placed in the same folder and the page is somewhat complex, would it work to import it into Aware IM and using it in e.g. a content panel.

NB: I am not talking about iframe type of display of html pages etc. in content panels.

All files should be on the same folder to import. FYI, if the imported file is to complex the css may cause bugs with the existing skin...

Thanks, yeah I have experienced some conflicts when I have played around and trying to learn how to avoid it. How can one safeguard against it?
