EXEC_SP Syntax

Re-stating previous question as I've gotten no feedback and it may be stated incorrectly.

Scenario:

HTML is calling a query and passing parameters (via runQueryWITHParams)
The query is executing an EXEC_SP statement and needs to us the parameters passed from the HTML/runQueryWITHParams call

Does anyone know the proper the parameter syntax on an EXEC_SP?

Parameters of a stored procedure should always be primitive values - for example, a unique ID of the object. Then you can use Object.ID inside EXEC_SP to pass this value to the stored procedure.

Thanks but can you please share an example? For instance, does one include the object.ID inside {} or ' '. etc? An example would be very helpful.

BTW, I am in need of the syntax in the HTML and the syntax in the EXEC_SP which uses the variable passed from the HTML.

This is an example:

EXEC_SP 'SPName' WITH 'CID' = Customer.ID RETURN Part

The query assumes that the object Customer is in the Context.

runQueryWithParams is for queries that include values prompted at runtime. I am not sure what it has to do with parameters of the stored procedure. You need to use the runQuery function:

AwareApp.runQuery ('QueryName', 'main', null, { objectName: 'MyObject', objectId: 67890 });

Note the last parameter - this passes a particular instance of the object to the query. This instance will be placed in the context
