Having thought about this some more, the best birthday present you could give me would be the ability to detect the device type and then (via a login process) to allow us to switch perspectives for the logged in user. I noticed from my latest google analytic that I can get numbers of visitors by Pc's tablets and mobiles, and even deeper it tells me the device model (iPads, IPhone, Samsung, Nexus etc. so clearly, modern browsers are sending this info to a website.

The library that Awaresoft had used for mobile has had many issues, i.e. proper recognition of device. Hopefully these will be resolved with the next major release.

But I think lib (Sencha Touch) which AwareIM currently is using is full capable of detecting any device but there are some missing corners or places in configuration tool where business process requires the functionality to make working with application through out any device (mobile).

I am not sure what this is about. Aware IM already supports detection of the device (with some limitations) and invokes the corresponding VP. This was done after rocketman's post (which is fairly old)

I understand that when ever a user login to system it detect the device and invokes the VP accordingly but can you look at Forgotten Password functionality.

In forgotten password functionality no VP get invoked and directly process was invoked and if user call forgotten password from there mobile/tablet device form are shown same as for desktop and process also failed.
