How many Business Spaces an AwareIm Server supports?

lineamovil

Hello!

Can anyone help me out telling me in thier experience How many Business Spaces an Aware Im Server supports running at the same time?

The application will be a medium size app. (Around 10,000 records per year aprox)

I will be using MySQL Server

I currently use Iweb servers with CoreI3 procesor and 4 GB RAM, 500GB HD

Is it factible to have many Business Spaces, or will I get some kind of trouble.

Thank you all for your comments.

Carlos,

codrin

We host a cloud service with AwareIM app and currently have just over 50 business spaces on a single server with medium level of activity ( 2-3 users per business space). Our server is a I5 8GB RAM 500GB HD and run the standard java version which comes with AwareIM. We find the non Jboss version much more stable for hosting and anticipate at least 100 business spaces for this server.

Hope this helps.

Hi Codrin

How does one get to install a non Jboss version ?

Thanks

codrin

Hi ACDC,

AwareIM has stated in a post in this forum:

"We are moving away from JBoss. The next Aware IM version is likely to not have it at all."

We are assisting in testing that new version.
