Powerm In your Configuration Tool right-click on a bsv and you will see " Timeout page: ( leave blank for default". Default is 30 mn, you can out there the value you want in minutes.
tford The timeout page can be defined by BSV, but the timeout period is defined on the AwareIM Control Panel / Settings.
