AwareIm Process when cancel in between it does not rollback.

Hi,

Has anyone have similar issue ?

I am using a process and in process there are 4 rules. and each rules using ENTER NEW action. so when a user cancel on any step then awareim creates record in the database.

which should not be happen like this. it must save the records only after whole process completes successfully.

right now i am trying to put failure rules if they can help me out.

Please suggest if i am going..

Please read the section about database transactions in the User Guide. It has detailed explanation on how Aware IM handles transactions - when it commits and when it rolls back

here is the snapshot of rules i put in the process. here i used ENTER NEW action in four rules if user click CANCEL in between on any last three ENTER NEW action process will not roll back. and

also there is another issue ..... in this i used FIND action to fetch a object and assign it to ENTER NEW WITH Object.attribute in two rules. now when i run the process it execute the last ENTER NEW Addressess rule two times.

pleases suggest if something is missing here

Good News, I finally fix !

There is use of This and That Prefixes, and in failure rules instead of DELETE action CLEAN makes works perfectly fine.
