How do you hide the paging bar using javascript?

Similar to config.preventHeader, is it possible to hide the paging bar for the reference attribute with javascript?

You can turn it off in the configuration - that's a better option.

If you must do it in the script:
config.bbar = null;
parser.m_pagingBar = null;

I cannot see the checkbox to disable the paging bar in configuration. 🙁

There is a checkbox for this in Query configuration but not in ref attribute config.
