I'm looking for a way to check what has been added/changed to my system.

Basically, we need to see everything that was changed or added on the system on a given day.

Is this a doable thing?

So, using the link from above, I've got it working pretty well. My only thing now is if an item is deleted.

There's a function for IS NEW or WAS CHANGED but nothing for whether something was deleted. Or is there?

In his link, he uses a status object of 'Deleted' but surely when you delete an object, it disappears?

From your BS If you expand out your business object (on the left) you will see two types of rules. One is for 'when object is deleted' put the audit rule here.
