hpl123 wrote or can you also see underlying calls, code etc. when being executed?
You can see every call and return between the client an server, but not the actual code being executed by the Aware Server. The primary benefits are:
• Monitor HTTP/HTTPs traffic from any browser
• Test the performance of your web sites and apps
• Decrypt HTTPS web sessions
• Inspect and debug traffic from any client
Between that tool and Chrome's built in DevTools you can basically reverse engineer any issues between the server and client and back to the server.
To use Ren's issue as an example, below is the return for one row in a data gird (extracted from a larger return). The Icon colum is in red.
<row>

So based on what I am seeing here and as I can see from this the icon display code is actually reaching the client. So I would then check my local cache to see if the file is there, if not then I would cheche the server temp cache. If it is then I would start looking at why it is not being renderd by the client using Chrome's DevTools. And so forth...
Fiddler can not help with all Aware IM issues since it has no access to the executed code on the application server, but if it happens in the hand shake between the web server and the client it will be in the fiddler trace.
