Schedule Grouping Question

I have employees create Events and what to display those Events in a Schedule query.

I set Group By Employee name but each Event for that person occupies a seperate line in the Schedule display.

Is there any way to show all of a particular Employees Events on a single line in the Schedule?

The only way to do it is to have another object that would group the events of particular employees. The schedule will then display events of these objects.

A schedule always shows one line for one event. So your "event" must be a combined event. It should be an object the rules of which collect all real events of an employee and calculate the combined "start and end times". This is the object you should show on the schedule.

Personally, I think it's not worth it and I would just show several lines.
