I have a query in the admin view that pulls in all of the Calls between 9am and 10am. It shows all the Calls for all Consultants.

FIND Calls WHERE DATE_PART(Calls.TimeOfCall)=DATE_PART(CURRENT_TIMESTAMP) AND HOUR(Calls.TimeOfCall)>=9 AND HOUR(Calls.TimeOfCall)<=10 AND Calls.Consultant.ID=LoggedInConsultant.ID ORDER BY Calls.TimeOfCall

What I need additionally, is another query that looks for the Consultants that made the most and least calls and displays the results in a little tab on home dashboard for Consultants. A little name and shame if you will. The goal is for them to see who is doing the best and who is doing the worst.

Assuming you store the number of calls in an attribute, create a second attribute which is a ranking value. Set up a process to calculate ranking.

Initialize all to rank 0.
Find those with most calls, set to rank 2.
Find those with least calls, set to rank 1.

Then your query selects all with rank greater than 0. Display either asc or desc and put on item rules to colour 1 say red and 2 to say green. Also put an icon on the rank say tick for rank 2 and cross for rank 1. You can also schedule process so that it keeps giving latest results.

Lots of other ways to do this!

Hmm, I don't store the number anywhere. What's another way to do it?

Just add an attribute equal to the sum of the number of calls.
