Calendar selecting wrong date

Hey guys,

My system has been running for days now and one of the ladies in the office has been loading quotes onto it without issue.

All of a sudden today, when she selects February (of any year) it changes to March. I am the only one who works in backend so nothing has been published over what I did. There are no rules attached or anything.

Just all of a sudden, it's tweaking.

Any ideas?

A bit left field Mark and unlikely to be the problem but worth checking I suppose.

Is the Date and Time on her computer set correctly?

Would not have thought this would cause an issue with old dates and might only be an issue with auto assigned dates near the end of the current month. But you never know.

Nah, Mark, it's not just on hers, I've tested it across the board. It's ONLY February. Select February, instant March.

Tried selecting different dates within February (it's set to 'MMMM yyyy')

I don't understand! Tried rebooting the entire thing, still no dice.

No help I'm afraid. Cannot replicate on my windows server 2008 production server, or my Mac evaluation copy.

What is the server date/time?
Is it the date picker going wrong or is it displaying the wrong calendar.

What version of AwareIm are you running.
What is your server operating system

The server date/time is correct.

I'm using the generic date picker calendar thing. When I drop down to February of ANY year it automatically goes to March.

I'm running V5.6 (Build 1655) on a Linux Server.

This is also a new issue as I was off sick Monday - Wednesday and during that time, she was able to load multiple quotes with February of different years with no issue. The minute I get back in, things break :/ I didn't publish a new version or make server changes.

It just...broke.

Have you looked at the logs? Perhaps a rule is somehow setting the date incorrectly after it is originally selected.

Hey, tford. The logs aren't showing anything.

A twist in the tale: over the weekend, I took the BSV home and applied it to my evaluation version at home and bang, it works. So somewhere on our server at work, something has fallen over. I'm nowhere near proficient enough in database stuff to mess around with it. Could this be a MySQL issue?

Oh geez.

The tale twists again.

I just logged in to the work server version (live version) to try duplicate issue. And...it's working now.

I'm going to claim this as a win, just wish I could figure out how!

So here I am again, two months later and it is doing it again. Again, only when selecting February in the calendar date picker it changes to March. It's been doing it for a few days now. Last time, it just started working again. Surely there must be something going wrong somewhere?

There are:

no rules affecting the dates
nothing in logs to indicate that anything is changing
no events that I can see either creating or fixing this problem

It's just an annoying intermittent bug. Even shifting to a new Aware version didn't work. Perhaps related to MySQL data?
